Dream Team Operational and Programming Experts

Through Total Aquatic Programming and the Total Aquatic Education & Training Institute, Dream Team partners contribute expertise in facility planning, design, construction, equipment, programming, operations, and education. This collaborative approach helps pool owners, operators, coaches, and community leaders connect with the resources they need — from exploring a new pool to improving an existing facility. The goal is simple: create sustainable aquatic facilities, expand access to water, and support safer communities.
